General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the terms and conditions of sale set out below and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Ouche Bretonne and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. The act of purchase implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
ORDER
At the end of your order, it will be considered complete after payment has been validated.
DELIVERY
Ouche Bretonne dispatches orders within 48 hours, except for nursery items which are shipped only from October to March.
Fresh fruits are sold exclusively on the farm through direct sales; no shipping is possible.
Delivery is carried out by La Poste via Colissimo in mainland France.
Shipping costs are calculated on a flat-rate basis for mainland France:

€6.90 incl. VAT contribution towards packaging and shipping costs for any order in mainland France.
Orders outside mainland France will be subject to a quotation regarding delivery charges.
Always check your package upon arrival. Open the package in the presence of the carrier. In case of damage or missing items, make all necessary remarks on the carrier’s delivery slip: the carrier is solely responsible.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days (from receipt of the items) to return your item at your own expense.
PRICES
The selling prices of the products are those in effect at the time the order is registered, excluding transport costs.
PAYMENT
The price of the products is payable in full on the day the order is placed.
Payment is made exclusively by credit card with the CB logo or by check.
Payment by credit card:
Payment is made via a secure PAYPAL banking server. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective once payment has been confirmed by PayPal. In the event of refusal, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email.
Payment by check:
In the case of payment by check, the order will only be processed once the check has been successfully cashed. Please send your check together with your order number to:

The Commercial Court of Brest shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the accepted method of payment.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning them.
